Brief mode of action of Execare™:
Halometasone monohydrate has anti-inflammatory, anti-epidermoplastic, anti-exudative & antipruritic effects. Corticosteroids act by the induction of Lipocortins which prevent the formation of prostaglandins & leukotrienes.
Both prostaglandins and leukotrienes are mediators which lead to inflammation. Halometasone acts by blocking their production, thus acting as an anti-inflammatory agent.
