July 30, 2009 - The group setting is designed with particular attention given to interpersonal dynamics allowing women to speak out and take risks regarding new and exciting changes within a supportive and safe setting under the guidance of an experienced psychologist. The group sessions are offered to adult women who are open to making positive changes in their lives and who would benefit from the support, feedback, and connection to one another.

Dr. Lisa Saponaro is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience as a mental health professional. She currently holds the position of Training Director at a local non-profit agency, serves as Adjunct Faculty for Nova Southeastern University and maintains a private practice in Plantation, Florida. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and certified by the Council for the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology.
