Williams will be hosting a screening of the documentary KolorStruck at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (754 E. 77th Street) on Saturday, March 21, 2015. (KolorStruck screening will be held 10 am-12 pm followed by Race Solutions 1 pm - 3 pm).

    KolorStruck: A Compelling Look Into The Issues of Race. The thought-provoking documentary traces the historic implications of race as a social construction in the United States from its emergence during the 17th and 18th century to modern day. KolorStruck explores the social, economic, and legal implications of race on ideologies, public policy, popular culture and world views by some of the foremost authorities on race in modern day as it charts the far reaching implications of race on our society.

    Dr. Joseph L.
