Jack Holladay attended The University of Texas Medical School in Houston where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. Jack Holladay completed his residency at Hermann Hospital, the teaching hospital for The University of Texas Medical School at Houston and was then invited to join The University of Texas Medical School Faculty. Throughout his successful career, Jack Holladay has received numerous awards for his service and dedication to ophthalmology and outstanding success in providing superior patient care. Dr. Jack Holladay is the founder of Holladay LASIK Institute and Clinical Professor at Baylor College of Medicine.
Dr. Jack Holladay has also received the Barraquer Award, Casebeer Award, Founder's Award, Kritzinger Award and Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Society of Refractive Surgery.
