But the recent survey suggests that these companies are now in the mood of the downsizing of Offshore Outsourcing process, as one or more problems have started to occur. Though, these companies are still dealing with the destinations like India, China, Eastern Europe and many more to assure their business requirements.
Some of the reasons for these companies to look for the help of the overseas service providers are cost-cutting advantage attached with it and the heavy competition in the market. But somehow these big giants are facing some problems from their overseas service providers. According to the news IBM the IT giant declared 5% reduction in its fourth-quarter Global Services profit revenue because of the problems in the overseas services. In another case another offshore software outsourcing giant Wipro also announced some problems in matching the r, reported it is having the needs of the companies with the services providers from abroad.

These cases indicate that these big giants are now thinking about the reduction in the process of Offshore Outsourcing. Still one thing is sure that the profit margin of these IT giants was raised because of the IT Outsourcing to the destinations like India and China. These lower labor cost countries have played a major role in the expansion of these companies. These are the countries that have helped not only these big IT giants but lots of other companies for almost all the industries to stay in the competition and reducing the development cost by providing lower cost Offshore Development services. But now these companies are facing more delicate problem with the fundamental structure of current market’s Offshore Outsourcing business requirements. According to the survey in many industries the process of Offshore Development has reduced drastically.
