    Ms. Monzon-Aguirre's resume includes over 30 years of policy formulation, legislative advocacy, management consultancy and community outreach expertise. Ms. Monzon-Aguirre advises and represents clients throughout the corporate community regarding their public, regulatory and marketplace challenges. EVSI is a woman-owned, Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), which specializes in Community Outreach and Public Involvement for local government agencies and municipalities as well as private corporations.
