Each year, recipients of this honor are selected by the Council of Engineering Deans of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the Lockheed Martin Corporation and US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine. The award highlights technology leaders whose stories will inspire other young business leaders. The Leadership Luncheon took place on Friday, February 20, 2009.
