December 09, 2008 - As software evolves and develops junior versions are inevitably phased out and this is imminently true of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software SalesLogix version 6.2, by Sage, which has been surpassed many times over with the current version at SalesLogix 7.5. As version 6.2 is eliminated so is any relevant support and Application Integration Support (AIS) with Account software Sage MMS 2.2, now known as Sage 200.
This redundancy will be an issue for those using SalesLogix version 6.2and AIS as they will either suffer with deleted integration between software or an unsupported version of SalesLogix.
