The Bureau’s recognition was largely based on DirectBuy of Boston South going 10 consecutive years without a customer filing a complaint or issue with the Better Business Bureau. Companies considered for the Torch awards were also chosen on “their high standards of excellence towards customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders, and communities in which they do business, and their reputation of ethical practices in the marketplace.”
