September 07, 2007 - Digital Voice IP Limited announced today the launch of its new DR Telecommunications service. Called Emergency Voice, the new service offers disaster recovery telecommunications and temporary phone systems to companies who experience severe disruption to business operations and communications due to natural disasters and loss of access to their office premises.
Based on their successful Digital Voice VoIP Business platform, Emergency Voice represents the latest innovation in VoIP Technology and offers their customers a level of efficiency, support and reliability in deploying a function rich business phone system not seen in traditional DR telecoms solutions.

The Emergency Voice system covers two disaster recovery scenarios, immediate transfer to a business answering service for receptionist, sales and status information followed by the deployment of a fully integrated Hosted Business VoIP system with unlimited external numbers, 0845 and 0870 numbers, transfer and teleconferencing and remote Teleworking functionality.
The unique characteristic of their service is the fact that Emergency Voice is a fully Hosted VoIP platform giving companies an entire office phone system that does not have to be centrally located in order for staff to keep lines open. The system works independently of PC’s and laptops as it includes its own stand alone function rich IP handsets.
