May 26, 2006 - With well over half a million immigrants from Honduras in the US, and Honduras being the second most expensive calling destination after Cuba in the western hemisphere the granting of a Honduran Telecommunications license is an important step in the build out of the DigiLinea Latin American pan regional VoIP platform.
