As Central Americans are the second largest US Hispanic group after Mexicans in terms of population and money transfers, being able to provide local telephone numbers from Guatemala and low cost calling to and from the Central America region is a key part of the DigiLinea strategy. Guatemala represents roughly 1.5 Billion minutes of international calling traffic and 11% of all outbound international calling from the US to Latin America and is growing steadily due to immigration patterns.
