March 08, 2008 - As a result of strong sales growth, DiaTri, LLC (parent organization to the companies of MDM, AAS, and DBM), is happy to announce some new additions to their Management staff.
“We have now attracted some of the best industry talent to manage the continued surge in growth at DiaTri and affiliated companies, MDM (Midwest Diagnostic Management) AAS (Advanced Ancillary Services) and DBM (Diagnostic Benefit Management)”, said Jon Knipper, COO.
“DiaTri has achieved 69% three year sales growth, and our 2008 forecast is stronger than ever. With that, we aggressively sought out key Senior Level Managers to augment our extremely high customer service level standards. We are very pleased to announce the following additions to our already strong management team”, said Kevin Tremblay, CEO.
William Rohlsen II, Director Network Development. William will take the leadership role over our National Provider Network for both Workers' Compensation and Group Health. William comes to DiaTri with 18 years of managed care experience and most recently 8 years of Preferred Provider Network (PPO) experience from First Health/Coventry. William will be working in the Mokena, IL home office location.
Gary Wagner, Director Advanced Ancillary Services (AAS). Gary will take over the leadership role for the Advanced Ancillary Division that provides retrospective bill review and out-of-network bill negotiations. Gary has an extensive background in this area both with Cigna HealthCare Chicago and Concentra Preferred Systems in Naperville, IL. Gary will be working in the Mokena, IL home office location.
Rita Hoch, Director Client Relations. Rita comes to DiaTri, LLC from Affina, The Customer Relations Company, where she was a Call Center Operations Manager. Rita has over 16 years of call center experience and has managed the overall operational metrics of many Fortune 500 programs within various industries and locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Anne Bell, Manager Client Relations. Anne comes to DiaTri, LLC with a wealth of call center experience. Anne recently worked at Citigroup as a Unit Manager and spent 6 years as the Call Center Manager at Progressive Insurance companies.
