June 25, 2009 - Two of the north west’s leading hardware and software solutions specialists have secured a merger. Design Logix, a full-service web agency based in Preston, have joined the SDS Technology Group, also based in Preston, increasing its current in-house portfolio of industry leading companies including fleet management and vehicle tracking specialists VermillionMVT.
As a full-service web agency, Design Logix help their clients maximise the potential of the internet by providing a wide range of strategic online solutions such as web hosting, web design and email marketing. Their current clients include HSBC and Bordeaux Index, and they recently achieved approved supplier status from the BBC and NHS.
Founded in 2006, SDS Technology has grown rapidly and has offices in Preston and a hot desk facility at the Daresbury Science Park, situating them at the hub of the north west’s business network. As part of their expansion, they have established important key partner relationships throughout the UK, Ireland, and in areas of Europe such as Switzerland and Denmark, putting them very much at the forefront of international business networks aswell.
Both companies are based in the University of Central Lancashire’s state of the art media centre. By merging together and doubling their workforce, they intend to offer existing and prospective clients a complete solution for all their business needs.
