Debut Broadcasting Corporation Inc. Names Director Of Creative Services

Mike Michonski, former Clear Channel assistant program director, to oversee growing line-up of production resources offered by Debut’s radio syndication arm, Impact Radio Networks.

(1888PressRelease) April 23, 2008 - NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Debut Broadcasting Corporation Inc. (OTCBB: DBTB), a media and entertainment company, today announced that it has named one of its producers, Mike Michonski, as the director of creative services.

In his new position, Michonski will oversee the growing line-up of production resources (including imaging, commercial production and production libraries) offered through Debut’s radio syndication arm, Impact Radio Networks™ (IRN). The director of creative services position was created as a result of the rapidly growing revenue streams brought on through the production and syndication department.

“Mike has an impressive history in radio and has already proven an incredibly valuable resource for Debut through project development and the production of syndicated programming,” said Steve Ludwig, CEO of Debut Broadcasting. “As Impact Radio Networks’ creative service offerings continue to increase, it is necessary to have someone responsible for that area of our business, and we immediately knew he was the perfect candidate for the job.

“By providing creative services to all of our owned and operated (O&O) stations from one central point Mike will help to create cost efficiencies for Debut. The creative services will give Debut an additional source of revenue as we can then turn around and sell or distribute the products and services to our syndicated stations, and more.

Michonski began his career in Lafayette, Ind. with Rockford, Ill.-based Radio Works as a weekend on-air personality, and has assumed various positions within the radio industry throughout his career. In the summer of 2003, Michonski accepted assistant program director (APD) and on-air personality positions with Clear Channel’s 98.1 Kiss FM (WKXJ) in Chattanooga, Tenn. Soon thereafter, he was promoted to assistant production director to oversee all of the Clear Channel stations in the Chattanooga area, while still fulfilling the duties of his other positions. Michonski was hired by Debut Broadcasting™ in August 2007 as a producer/engineer, but comes into his new position from his role as the digital fulfillment manager.

“My background in radio, production and writing has sufficiently prepared me for the variety of projects I have tackled and continue to take on working for Debut Broadcasting,” Michonski said. “To date, my career with Debut has been highly successful and I look forward to stepping into this new position created to meet the needs of Impact Radio Networks’ growing clientele and line-up of production resources. The expansion possibilities are limitless with this company and I am very happy to be a part of the Debut family.”

Michonski received his bachelor’s degree in communications and English literature from Purdue University.
