For over 22 years I have been working in the field of mental health and wellness.
While I am trained in many therapy modalities an individualized approach must be used in order to address an individual%u2019s needs. I conduct one-to-one therapy, family therapy sessions, couple%u2019s therapy and behavioral planning in order to meet the needs of the people who come to see me.
Be it depression or anxiety, interpersonal chaos or parent/child conflict, anger management or fear-you can bring all of this into my office and feel safe to explore and let go. I am also dedicated to working with Special Needs and the Parents of child
