The company, which has its headquarters in Windham Road, Boscombe, owns 400 properties across the Bournemouth conurbation, New Milton, Upton and Ferndown; housing 2,055 tenants. 70 per cent of tenants fund their own rent, around 30 per cent are subsidised by housing benefit.
