Project XS®™ includes a new project setup wizard that guides users through the creation process with ease, regardless of any previous project management experience. The solution can be up and running within 15 minutes. The Project XS®™ distribution includes all the components necessary to build projects, add version and check in/out control to documents as well as add project based resource time sheet entries, making Project XS®™ easy to install and maintain in the office or at home. Users can navigate the application via the effective floating application navigation window which also provides the ability to access multiple projects and getting started wizards.
The Project XS®™ GUI is highly flexible, giving managers the ability to add, modify and manage resources, projects, documents and timesheets. Project XS®™ synchronizes time with imported projects from Microsoft®™ Project allowing “up to the minute” resource costs and task completion. Project XS®™ is a multi user, multi project application with full security.
