August 12, 2008 - Singapore – Activate automates and delegates to business users common computer tasks which would normally require help-desk or specialist IT support. Self-service functions such as setting up new users, provisioning new hardware or software, password resets and management of group lists and directories are delegated to the users. Activate works with Microsoft’s Active Directory to control security and user access, and automate identity management within the enterprise environment.
