Maintenance managers then assign the work order to the appropriate person or vendor, and all parties may add notes/updates to the work order as needed until the problem is resolved. This enterprise level Work Order System provides management with a permanent archive of all maintenance requests that are submitted and creates the ability to track work order status in real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
