Frank and Suzy Mendoza have been added to the Darcorp team with a focus on property management and leasing. A prior top performing residential team, Frank and Suzy joined the commercial real estate field full-time to expand their knowledge base and assist in the business development, customer service, marketing and leasing efforts for Darcorp.
Frank comes to Darcorp with ten years of experience in customer service related fields. Prior to joining Darcorp, Frank built a team of top selling agents at his previous company. Where most people pass up difficult transactions, Frank thrives in overcoming obstacles and seeing it through the end helping all clients achieve their personal and professional goals.
Because of his consistent tenacity, customer service and real estate experience, he was chosen to help with the expansion of the Southern California Darcorp office.
Born into a third-generation real estate family, Suzy has been involved in property management and commercial real estate since the beginning. At a young age, she was an office manager for the California division of Darcorp and at the age of 19 obtained her real estate license. Suzy has been leasing and managing real estate in the Pasadena area since 2002.
With over $400 million in commercial real estate transaction experience and more than 4,000,000 feet of management, Darcorp Properties, Inc. is poised to launch into the Southland market as a leader in their field.
Darcorp is now serving Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino Counties.
