"The strength of this firm's international platform, and the opportunities afforded by New Jersey's excellent market fundamentals and deep office and industrial inventories have provided me with a chance to grow and succeed in this business."
Gualberto "Gil" Medina, Cushman & Wakefield's New Jersey executive managing director, noted that Donnelly, Jr.'s dual role, in turn, has added value for his clients. "Robert's ability to 'see both sides' in terms of investment sales and leasing, and convey that perspective to both property owners and corporate users is extremely helpful in helping them understand and adapt to today's changing real estate climate," Medina said. "This is among the many strengths that have led to his success within this competitive business. We congratulate him on his latest advancement."
