September 25, 2009 - Crown Records Management, the world's number one private, business information-storage company, has extended the end date of its 2009 Records Management Survey, crownrms.com/survey.
Crown is conducting a short survey to gain insight from industry professionals. It will reveal trends related to destruction and imaging services, retention strategies and business continuity planning. The results will also help industry professionals to benchmark themselves against their industry peers.
Philip Britton, group vice president of Records Management at Crown said, "With our knowledge and years of experience, working with many clients, we are attempting to establish a formal metric of trends that affect all our clients, which we can share. To accommodate respondents, the survey will remain open until November 15 and the results will be published in December. Individual answers will not be linked to the respondents and all information gathered through this survey will be considered confidential.
