Criminal Defense Attorney Richard Zemble "Tip of the Week"

The Law Office of Criminal Defense Attorney Richard Zemble added a "Tip of the Week" to his zemblelaw.com web site and his Facebook group "Law Office of Richard Zemble".

Wilmington-Newark, DE-MD (1888PressRelease) May 07, 2010 - Criminal Defense Attorney Richard Zemble is committed to sharing his understanding of criminal law with his clients and, in fact, with the public at large. Zemble believes that a knowledge of law will prevent criminal action that could lead to a suspension of a driver's license, fines and/or serving a sentence in jail.

When asked why he is giving free advice, Zemble replied, "Sometimes a suspect is really a victim. Depending on the environment in which a young person matures, the juvenile might not understand proper community behavior and be under the impression that illegal actions are in actuality legal. For example, this young person might not know that smoking even one marijuana cigarette is a misdemeanor crime in Delaware and if apprehended, this youth will have a criminal record and be punished by the courts."

Tips that Zemble has given involve traffic violations and DUI and their respective criminal punishments. The tips have also included measures people can take to keep their cars from being stolen (such as locking the steering wheel, using an immobilizer and your car alarm system, getting microdot I.D. tags, VIN etching and killswitch circuits) and acts of self-defense.

In addition to the "Tip of the Week" on his web site, Zemble is adding extensive information about Delaware criminal codes. The felonies and misdemeanors detailed include: drug crimes, DUI / DWI, traffic violations, juvenile crimes, gang participation, offensive touching, assault, theft, burglary, motor vehicle theft, vehicular homicide, manslaughter , murder, expungements and pardons.

Zemble plans to continue to reach out to those in need. He will give a free initial consultation to answer questions and give advice. Sometimes a person is misguided, does not have this information and finds himself in an untenable situation. In this case, it is necessary to be represented by an experienced and aggressive lawyer. People must learn that an early defense is a smart defense. Zemble knows that there are many actions that can be taken to ameliorate criminal charges, which can be based on mistakes.

Attorney Richard Zemble has 8 years of experience practicing law in Delaware. Former Delaware Deputy Attorney General Zemble is bringing this experience to his criminal defense and family law practice.

Zemble received his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law and his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Michigan. Zemble is admitted to the Delaware Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar and the New Jersey Bar Associations. He is married to Samantha Evian, JD, of Spector, Gadon and Rosen, and has one son.

The office of Richard Zemble is located at:
1220 North Market Street, Suite 813
Wilmington, Delaware 19801
Zemble's telephone: (302) 377 4471
