The Staff Account Online Manager has a built-in Bulletin Board that allows members to share information in the system. Bulletins are refreshed almost every minute. It can also be scheduled to activate or expire at a desired period of time. Members can relay a message, in text format or HTML, to the entire group in just a matter of minutes.
The Staff Account Manager also allows the compensation administrator to establish payees, products, sales board, plans, incentives, quotas, payment frequency, etc in the system. It allows the establishment of crediting and calculation rules for various incentives. It helps to enter or import performance transaction into the system and calculate incentives as frequently as necessary.
Performance transactions can be processed, credited and calculated as frequently as necessary, even multiple times in a day. Adjustments to the transactions can be made and processed in the system.
