June 27, 2008 - Members have their own webpage on which to display their art, photography, music, videos and blogs. Members can start and join in groups and discussions and make new friends.
Members can buy and sell original art, handmade crafts and goods, equipment and supplies in the linked Creative Cafe Salesrooms.
According to Jill Goble, the groups' volunteer organizer, "We are really excited about our Creative Cafe project. We have a friendly, supportive and encouraging community where new members of all levels of ability are welcome.
Members, who have sometimes risen above significant disabilities, find they have an equal platform on which to develop and share their talents and skills.
We are proud of our member's achievements and seek to encourage their excellent art, handmade crafts and other creative talents. We also have published writers, musicians and filmmakers among our members."
CREATIVE CAFE offers free membership to their friendly social network community where customers have the rare opportunity to interact online with the artists and craft makers. CREATIVE CAFE is open to members and sellers worldwide. CREATIVE CAFE has already had visits from over 50 countries. We welcome everyone who wants to explore their creativity in any way. Everyone can be creative and we welcome new members from all walks of life and all levels of ability.
Any artists and craft makers looking to sell in CREATIVE CAFE SALESROOMS will be pleased to learn listings are free. Site fees on successful sales will be set at 5%, but are currently free, so now is a good time for sellers to register. Buyers will also find prize draws and incentives for being good customers of the Creative Cafe Salesrooms.
