June 08, 2007 - Regatta Yachts, Inc (a Swiss corporation, which is located in the USA) has been united with Mayger Consulting Company (Odessa, Ukraine) in order to create a consortium of yacht and ship builders, contractors and suppliers that will work together at the construction of new vessels of steel, aluminium and fibre glass resorting to the help of skilled experts and shipbuilding facilities in The Ukraine.
Recognizing the need for a cohesive plan, both sides will be responsible for the structured development of the consortium, providing a management & financial framework for business operations, as well as production planning for individual projects. The list of both International and Ukrainian participants is expected to be published in September.
Regatta Yachts, Inc provides design and construction consulting services in the framework of international yacht building industry. These services extend from naval architecture, production planning, marine business strategy and financial planning, management oversight, engineering and procurement, interior design and fabrication, to marketing & promotion of projects and vessels.
