Veda A. Cavitt founded her organization in August 2013 after one year of partnership with Tru School, Inc. and Jookbox Music Group LLC. As the CEO of Skyway Production LLC she oversees every aspect of her company's production and operation. She handles everything from planning and coordinating events to full and live productions. Her job, most importantly, is to create an unforgettable experience for her clients each and every time.
"I am a great visionary," Ms. Cavitt admits. "I am both creative and artistic, and I take pride in being professional and unique."
Previously, Ms. Cavitt started managing a group of independent artists out of Killeen, Texas along with an artist from New Jersey. During this time, she was responsible for promoting and networking their talents, including artists' showcases, release parties, photo shoots, bookings, and travel arrangements. This is what also ultimately led Ms. Cavitt to start Skyway production and branch out to the world.
During Ms. Cavitt's career in the entertainment industry, she has released a single, 'The Come Up', two mix tapes, '12 Hours' and 'The Evolution of a Star', and she has also hosted two release parties, three artist showcases, and a five-city tour showcasing artists before a professional A&R panel. She was a co-host with the Glass Slipper Foundation of a youth empowerment seminar as well, and, most recently, was a guest speaker at the 'She's My SheRo' Empowerment Gala.
Ms. Cavitt aspires to have her company become a global production company, giving her the opportunity to travel the world and bring her business to places that are competitive with economic growth.
