September 17, 2007 - There are so much different opinions on this subject. Almost everybody when going on a diet has to hear about calorie intake. But this article is not about diets or excercise; it is about down to earth, healthy, streetwise lifestyle. Ask yourself this, “How many people do I know that have started a diet (or fitness program) and could make it a lifestyle or stick with it for years or even months?” You probably know a few people that started a diet or fitness program and are now worse off because they could not keep for more than a few weeks. Well, one successful candidate who could keep it up for years and make it his lifestyle was recently interviewed and his visions were enlightning. Riaan Minné talkes about his success on fitnessproductreview.blogspot.com.
“Calorie depreviation is what makes people fat,” Minné said. He believes that you should know how much your calorie intake is, but that you should not depreve your body of calories but rather burn the excess calories. “I may not be a nutritionist, but I can prove to you that this works. I lost the majority of the fat I gained during my travelling during a 6 weel period since inplementing this strategy and has been able to loose even that stuborn fat in the weeks after. And I have been able to keep the fat off for two years and counting,” Minné elaborates.
For most of the public, these are rather radical statements. This reporter has found that Minné is not alone in his vision. He is part of a growing group of people dedicated to change their lives for the better, and is willing to go against the stream of publicised hype about diets and calorie depreviation.
