August 30, 2006 - Corporacion Internacional IDC de Desarrollo Arequipa, SAC. / IDC International Development Corporation appoints new main director / Gerente General for its Peruvian subsidiary, - Corporacion Internacional IDC de Desarrollo Arequipa, SAC., with effect as of August 28. 2006 as registered in the public registry SUNARP.
The former Director / Gerent general has been relieved of all duties and authorities from the company with immediate effect.
The company further is scheduling the appointment of a 7 member board of directors for its Peruvian subsidiary company by the end of the first week of September 2006.
The board of directors shall consist of an accountant, a legal professional, an economist, a financial professional and an entrepreneur.
