Coreland Provides Disposition, Receivership & Property Management Services and Sells REO Industrial Property for $9,925,000

Coreland Companies represented the seller in the sale of a lender-owned industrial complex at 9220 Hall Road in Downey, Calif. The purchase price was $9,925,000. Prior to the sale, Coreland Principal Patrick Galentine was appointed State Court Receiver. Coreland was named property manager during the receivership period.

Coreland Awarded Over 1.2 Million SF in Court-Appointed Receivership Service Assignments and Management Contracts During 2nd Quarter

Coreland's Principal Patrick Galentine has been appointed State Court Receiver in matters involving four assets located in Southern California totaling 1,231,000 sq. ft. of retail, office and industrial space. Additionally, Coreland Companies will be responsible for the property management during the receivership period.

Coreland Companies Adds Two Industry Veterans and Promotes Others In Brokerage Division

Coreland Companies has significantly enhanced its Brokerage division to oversee the firm's continued growth in the retail and office market sectors and has hired David T. Girty as Director, Office Brokerage and Benjamin Terry as Senior Associate, Retail Brokerage. Coreland also promoted Matthew Hammond to the role of Director, Retail Brokerage and Bryan Bauer to Senior Associate, Retail Brokerage.

Coreland Awarded Over 1 Million SF in Management Contracts During 1st Quarter including Nearly 500,000 SF in Court-Appointed Receivership Service Assignments

Coreland has recently been awarded over one million square feet in property management contracts. Nearly half of the new assignments are on behalf of state court-appointed receivers. Coreland President Chris Hite says, "Coreland's combination of past experience with distressed assets as well as its current service platform enable the firm to customize a strategy that best suits each asset."

Coreland Companies Negotiates Leases with Arbys & dds Discounts Valued at More than $4 Million

Coreland Companies’ leasing/sales division negotiated two leases for more than $4 million. Coreland negotiated a 2,254 SF, 10-year lease with A&K Management, LLC, dba Arby’s, at Newport Camino Plaza, located at the corner of Newport Avenue and El Camino Real in Tustin. Coreland negotiated a 20,160 SF, 10-year lease with dd’s Discounts at Van Buren Plaza, 5700 Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside.

Coreland Companies Negotiates Two Leases in Orange County Valued at $3.1 Million

Coreland Companies negotiated two leases: a 5-year lease with Orbital Sciences to occupy a 12,430 SF majority portion of the top floor of the six-story building at 7711 Center Ave., The Towers at Bella Terra (formerly known as One Pacific Plaza) in Huntington Beach; and a 7.5-year lease with The Glidden Company, dba ICI Paints, to occupy a 4,250 SF building at 3010 Bristol Ave. in Costa Mesa.

Coreland Companies Opens Second Office in Orange County to Manage Growing Portfolio

Coreland Companies has opened its second Orange County office, strategically located in Brea to better serve its clients in northern Orange County. Coreland's Regional Real Estate Manager Cynthia Swanson will head up the firm's new Brea office. This brings the total number of Coreland offices in Southern California to nine. Last year, Coreland opened an office in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Coreland Companies has recently been awarded eight new retail management assignments in Southern California totaling more than 1.5 million square feet including 47th Street Pavilion, Vernola Marketplace, Talega Village Center, Redlands Town Center, Porter Ranch Shopping Center; Diamond Hills Plaza, Mission Plaza and Centre Pointe Marketplace.

25 FEB	Coreland Companies Negotiates $2.8 Million Lease For New Washington Mutual In Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
	Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif. has negotiated a 10-year, 5,000-square-foot lease valued at approximately $2.8 million for Washington Mutual to occupy a new free-standing building to be constructed on a pad at the Santa Fe Springs Plaza in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., which is expected to open in the fourth quarter 2008.
