Well sit back, relax and make that dream a reality on Monday November 2, 2009 when The Viking Center welcomes Za Za Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Manrique Alvarenga, to demonstrate a four course meal to an intimate group of 20 guests! Guests will be up close and personal as Chef Alvarenga calls on participants to assist in his demonstration and afterwards sit and enjoy his creations.
