  • Ocean City, NJ (1888PressRelease) January 11, 2014 - Construction has been completed on a new 8,000 square-foot office Class A office building, according to Ed Walters, Jr., founder and partner of Walters Group, a residential and commercial real estate developer. The new facility was built at 21 East Euclid Ave. in Haddonfield.

Walters Group has relocated its Marlton offices to the new two-story building, taking the entire second floor. The law firm of Del Duca Lewis has also relocated their offices from Cherry Hill to the new location occupying space on the first floor. The Walters Group is not only acting as developer, but will jointly own and manage the building with Del Duca Lewis.

"Our lease was up for renewal in Marlton, and we decided there were certain advantages to building a new facility," said Walters, who also built the firm's headquarters in Barnegat.

Additional tenant space is available, ranging from 1,200 square feet to 4,000 square feet, according to Walters. LEED certification is being sought from the U.S. Green Building Council for the building. The project is conveniently located near the Haddonfield PATCO station, which directly connects to points in Center City Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

Walters is the developer of Ocean Acres at Barnegat, a single-family luxury residential community; Whispering Hills, a multi-family development consisting of townhouses, single-family homes, and rental apartments; and Stafford Preserve, an apartment-rental community located within the mixed-use Stafford Park redevelopment.
