Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease)
July 08, 2009 - Consider This Marketing has been in negotiations with another large Orlando marketing firm and is scheduled to release details about the merger later in the year. They have been planning and researching the move for the past few weeks.
There are currently no plans to get rid of any of the existing departments in either company. In this economy, Consider This Marketing doesn’t want to expose their employees to the job market as they know it can be grueling. They have worked tirelessly in order to make the merger as smooth and seamless as possible for everyone involved.
The exact details have not been quite worked out however, and will be announced further when they are ready to go into effect. This much is true, Consider This Marketing will be able to take on a lot more clients; bigger clients just as soon as the merger is finalized. “Everyone is really excited about the company’s growth,” says Rick Jacques, the company’s media rep, “especially because none of the positions will be eliminated during the merger. We’ve been really careful not to do that to our employees.”
Consider This Marketing has already planned team building exercises to bring the two sets of departments together and create a cohesiveness that any company would love to have. “The point of merging is to bring together attributes from both companies in order to become a powerhouse. That’s our plan and that’s why we’re keeping all of our staff. We’re planning on growing.” Jacques explains.
The merger is expected to go into effect in just before the New Year on Dec. 29, 2009 as the last order of business for the year.
