- Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) May 19, 2012 - Old computer equipment gathering dust on your desk? Donate it to Loaves, Fishes & Computers during its June 2, 2012 computer drive and you'll do good in more ways than one.
Donations are tax-deductible, and equipment will be refurbished and put back into the community in the hands of someone who needs it. PCs, flatscreens, keyboards and mice will be accepted from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at two locations: 3180 Imjin Road in Marina, and 348 Roberts Ave, Seaside.

In the past two years, Loaves, Fishes & Computers, a Seaside-based non-profit organization, has provided more than 450 modern, working computers to low-income individuals, households and organizations in the region.
The Monterey County Business Council is co-sponsoring the computer drive, which will provide refurbished equipment to families participating in the Internet Essentials program, the Tecnificate program at Hartnell College and to local low-income families.
