November 25, 2006 - ComplianceFDA Inc., a leader in providing FDA and related information to the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries , announced today that effective immediately, the name of the company will be ComplianceFDA, Inc. The reason for this change is due to a internet name dispute. Also, changing the company name to ComplianceFDA better reflects the content provided to our customers and will align corporate and service brand identities.
In addition to the name change the company adopted a new corporate identity, including a new logo and visual identity, and a new website that can be found at www.ComplianceFDA.com. The changes are effective immediately, and all future business activity will be undertaken with the new name.
While our company name is changing, all core elements of the organization will remain the same. We will continue to provide our customers and partners with the same level of superior service.
