    Susan spoke about the best way to communicate with millennials in the workplace, and the difference between being a great manager and a great leader. "Leadership means so many things to so many different people," said Susan. "If we're going to build and develop leaders, we have to work with them. We have to put them in what-if situations. We ourselves have to stay relevant and develop reverse mentorship programs. The biggest challenge in corporate America is leading across five generations, respecting each generation for what they can bring to the table , and allowing them to take risks.
