August 18, 2008 - Oswego: Communication expert and entrepreneur, Felicia Slattery of CommunicationTransformation.com located in Oswego, Illinois, has been selected as one of an elite 18 to be part of best-selling author Ken McArthur’s Impact Action Team hand-chosen to develop a special project to create massive impact on individuals and communities.
Slattery will be highlighted as a speaker at McArthur’s Impact Boot Camp, August 22-24, 2008, in Philadelphia, PA where she and her Action Impact teammates from around the globe will be mentored by other Impact experts such as McArthur, author of Impact: How to Get Noticed, Motivate Millions, and Make a Difference in a Noisy World, Brenden Burchard, author of Life’s Golden Ticket, and several more of the most influential Impact specialists from around the world.
In Philadelphia the cameras will be rolling as Slattery and the Impact Action Team are filmed for a possible upcoming television pilot, The Impact Factor. The purpose of the show will be to document the excitement and process of how a team of people can focus their energy and various areas of expertise on one surprise cause, person, or organization and help that person make a positive impact.
The entire project will culminate in a live presentation at Burchard’s Life’s Golden Ticket event, in Los Angeles, September 26-28, 2008, being held under a circus “big top” to an audience of 2,000. Superstar authors and experts such as Marianne Williamson and John Gray will also present at the Los Angeles event.
