April 15, 2009 - Jayne Ritchie, Bodychef MD, has collaborated with the UKs leading stress management website, www.stress.org, to bring you a free eBook, Combating Stress with Nutrition. The book explores the link between stress and nutrition and gives you advice on what to eat to help reduce your stress levels.
After six years of helping people to lose weight through her fresh food home delivery diet service, it became apparent that the physical benefits of eating a healthy and balanced diet leads largely to an improvement in a clients psychological well being.
Whether its being able to fit comfortably into a size 12 or something as simple as getting into a gym routine without worrying about how you look, the feel good factor is something that cant be underestimated.
These types of scenario can spiral, and if not approached effectively, can lead to stress. But of course, stress takes many forms, and one of the most prevalent is due to social circumstances.
Work and family life can cause it, but like psychological stress attributed to your perceived appearance, providing your body with the nutrition it needs to function at its optimum level is proven to effectively help combat stress in all forms.
Jaynes recent work with www.stress.org has cemented her belief that stress and nutrition are intrinsically linked. So, to help those looking to de-stress, Jayne and the UKs top stress advisors have teamed up to create an eBook called Combating Stress with Nutrition, available to download here for free.
Heres to a stress-less future!
