November 23, 2007 - Colliers International, the worldwide affiliation of independently owned and operated companies, has been selected as consultant and sales agent for City of Fountains, an ambitious Sofia real estate project.
The project investor is Karrat Group EOOD, which is part of an international holding with activities in several areas and in several countries. City of Fountains, which is the company’s most recent project, boasts the ambitious aim of changing Sofia’s landscape by creating an apartment, office, and retail complex specifically targeted to the lifestyle of modern professionals and property investors.
City of Fountains is located in Mladost 4 Residential Area, in close proximity to Vitosha Mountain and 400 away from Business Park Sofia, Sofia’s largest office and commercial complex with many hypermarkets, restaurants, and office premises, where many international and large national companies are seated. The complex has excellent transport connections to the city centre (including a metro station to be completed within a couple of years), to other parts of the city (thanks to its proximity to Sofia Ring Road), and to the highway connecting Sofia to numerous winter resorts and towns in the south of the country.
