May 16, 2009 - Denver, CO – CollegeAmerica now offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at their Wyoming, Colorado, and Flagstaff, Arizona campuses.
To be eligible for the Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, students must possess a HS Diploma/GED. All students need to go through a campus interview, complete the enrollment agreement, and go through financial aid to declare how they are financing their education. The college also offers assistance on financial aid, free of cost. All students are required to attend an orientation program prior to starting classes which begin at the start of every month.
The course curriculum includes Anatomy and Physiology, Accounting, Insurance and Healthcare Reimbursement, Healthcare Policy and Economics, HIPAA and Healthcare Policy, Healthcare Finance Management, Principles of Health and Disease, HMO Management, and Long-term Care Administration.
