Colin Short, Head Concierge at The Lanesborough, was proudly honoured by The Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth, as winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award.

The award was presented during the 5th anniversary of The Morris Golden Keys Concierge Awards on October 13th 2010, at a spectacular gala at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower in Knightsbridge.
Colin Short, whose hospitality career spans 40 years, is committed to upholding the highest standards of the profession through sharp intuition, his vast networks of contacts and meticulous attention to detail. He manages an over 50 strong team which includes the hotel's staff of butlers, chauffeurs, porters and doormen, as well as sitting on the Executive Committee at The Lanesborough.
