The Bay Area's largest real estate brokerage company, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, is opening a new San Francisco flagship office in the upscale Pacific Heights neighborhood.

The state-of-the-art office specializes in luxury real estate. It will house more than 70 of the city's leading real estate professionals, including several luxury specialists who are ranked among the top agents worldwide. Together, the sales team recorded more than $1 billion gross sales volume last year alone, a total that exceeds the production of many entire real estate companies.
Today's announcement will help Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage meet growing customer demand for its services and build on its strong position in the local market. The new office, located in the heart of the Pacific Heights neighborhood at 1560 Van Ness Avenue, replaces the former Coldwell Banker TRI office nearby, which was home to the agents for the past 30 years. It will also mark the end of an era for the TRI residential brokerage brand, which Coldwell Banker inherited by acquisition in 1998.
