May 21, 2008 - Denver, CO, - Cohesive Life Coaching is a new approach to supporting working parents and their families that uses research in psychology, communication, and mind/body health to relieve the stresses felt by this group. Powerful Mind Coaching was founded by Psychology and Behavioral Science Professor Dr. Mary Coussons-Read, and provides personalized support for parents struggling to excel in and balance their aspirations as professionals and parents by adding solid research-based approaches to her already successful model of one-on-one life coaching.
