Morph Coaching believes people can have success in every desired area of their life and is willing to assist with support. We offer coaching sessions via phone, email, and face to face.
What is coaching? It is a relationship built on trust and accountability for the purpose of identifying goals and fulfilling them through action steps.
Coaching utilizes the art of active listening while responding with questioning in order to journey down the conversational road the client desires to travel. In coaching, the client sets the agenda, not the coach.
Coaching is not about giving people advice, telling them what to do, diagnosing a problem, dealing with deep rooted issues or pains; or teaching. We believe in the person being coached and trust they know their own life better than anyone else. Most people know what they want. We just come alongside to affirm and encourage a person’s dreams and goals; then help put together an action plan for achieving them.
