This title is a true honor as its rating system is based first and foremost on actual customer reviews. The management believes much of the hotel’s success has directly to do with a warm and willing staff, an ‘open arms’ philosophy and a dedication to quality customer service.
Circa 39 Hotel has been consistently moving up the ranks of such Guest Review Rate Systems as Trip Advisor since the beginning of 2007. Recent cosmetic upgrades to guest rooms and public areas, along with greater attention to detail and a Herculean effort on the part of the staff and management to improve customer relations, has led to great consistency and advancement in overall ratings.
