May 17, 2007 - Chuck Liddell enters the ring at UFC 71 wearing his Signature Series Affliction Shirt
Chuck ‘the Iceman’ Liddell will wear his limited addition UFC Affliction Signature Series tee shirt into the ring at the MGM Grand Garden Arena at UFC 71 in Las Vegas on May 31, 2007. He will fight against Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson, seeking to avenge a defeat from 2003. Other signature shirts in the series include designs from Randy “the Natural” Couture, five time UFC World Heavyweight Champion, Georges “Rush” St. Pierre and Sean Sherk “the Muscle Shark.”
Chuck Liddell will defend his title as the UFC Lightweight Champion on May 26, 2007 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada in UFC 71. He is scheduled to fight against Quinton Ramone “Rampage” Jackson. Jackson defeated Liddel in 2003 at PRIDE Final Conflict in Tokyo and remains the only fighter to have an unavenged win against Liddell. “I’ve been waiting for this fight with Rampage for a longtime,” says Liddell about the rematch, “I’m excited about it and I will knock him out!” Fighting since 1998, Chuck Liddell has earned the reputation for being the most recognized mixed martial arts fighter in the world.
