Chronogram Wins 2014 Ulster County Executive Arts Award
Luminary Publishing, publisher of Hudson Valley arts and culture magazine Chronogram, announces they have been awarded the 2nd Annual Ulster County Executive Arts Award for a business corporation.

Luminary Publishing is an independent media company based in Kingston, New York. Its flagship monthly magazine, Chronogram, created by Hudson Valley residents Amara Projansky and Jason Stern in 1993, quickly flourished into an invaluable resource for the Hudson Valley-delivering an uncompromising editorial vision that reflects the Hudson Valley lifestyle.
The Center for Photography at Woodstock, O+ Festival, Linda Gillette, Garry Kvistad, and Benjamin Wigfall join Chronogram for recognition within their respective categories for the 2014 Ulster Executive Arts Awards.

Chronogram, which began as a print magazine, has branched out into other media and forms of community. The re-launching of Chronogram.com in 2013, creating a vast social media following, and most recently introducing a series of Hudson Valley events has only demonstrated Chronogram's continuing growth. Their 20th Anniversary Block Party attracted over 3,500 Hudson Valley natives and visitors to uptown Kingston and will be returning for a second year on August 16th with several other Hudson Valley events planned as well.
