April 12, 2009 - Christopher Guy, purveyor of the ‘World’s Finest Furnishings’ will be on show at the inaugural “Urban Living” ASID Design Tour in Orange County, CA from April 21-May17. Featuring Christopher Guy’s newest collection of luxury furnishings and accessories, the penthouse interior was created by renowned designer David Rance. The high-profile showcase is the first in a series of industry shows and ambitious expansion projects planned for the Christopher Guy lifestyle brand this year.
For over 15 years, the sophisticated style of Christopher Guy has garnered international acclaim, from its origins as the world’s premier mirror frame collection to an extensive collection of luxury furnishings found in countless fine hotels, resorts, residencies and in numerous Hollywood ‘Film’ blockbusters.
The founder, Christopher Guy Harrison, still designs every piece even with the company’s phenomenal growth and success. His eye for detail, passion for design and ability to capture and reflect a mood has ensured that the company has remained at the forefront of the luxury home furnishings market.
The recent opening of a newly refurbished London showroom is complimented by further openings in Singapore, Shanghai, Istanbul and Beverly Hills. The Beverly Hills flagship showroom opens in July 2009 and boasts space over two floors, designed by Christopher Guy Harrison.
Christopher will also be making an exclusive appearance at the historic Ridpath’s Fine Furniture store in Toronto on April 30. He will present an in-depth look into his approach to style, luxury and design and discuss the elements and inspiration behind his latest collection which is making its Toronto debut
The “Urban Living” opening will be followed by the I Saloni Milan show and High Point, North Carolina in late April and September shows in Paris, Madrid, Shanghai, Abitare il Tempo in Verona and London’s Decorex.
