April 11, 2009 - Chinthurst School in Surrey has launched a new website designed to highlight its friendly 'family' ethos and the many academic, extra-curricular and scholarship achievements at the school.
The school website, www.chinthurstschool.co.uk, includes a photo gallery, news section and calendar. In addition, it features sections for the Nursery School, Pre-Prep School and Prep School, as well as a full listing of the four key extra-curricular areas: sport, art, music and drama, which boast more than 20 activities regularly available to pupils. The parents of pupils also have a section on fundraising and special events.
“We wanted a website that would reward the achievements of current pupils and build confidence for future ones,” explained Mr Egan, Headmaster. “Since the new website went live in February, we have enjoyed great feedback from parents, pupils and staff alike.”
The new website was designed and built by Assertis, based in Tunbridge Wells, who specialise in school branding, print design and website development. Jez Sherwin, Head of Creative at Assertis commented: “Chinthurst is a great school, which offers the boys a well-rounded education. We hope the new website we have designed and created gives it the justice it deserves”.
